eCargo help with IT Elements - Missing CHANNELS label

Solution​

The problem is due to the absence of the CHANNELS label in the GCP configuration, which is necessary for the proper functioning of IT Elements.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Verify labels in GCP:

    • Access the corresponding GCP project
    • Review the project's labels section

  2. Add CHANNELS label:

    • Add the "CHANNELS" label with the appropriate value
    • Ensure that the nomenclature follows eCargo standards

  3. Validate configuration:

    • Verify that IT Elements now recognizes the project
    • Run pipeline to confirm that the error has been resolved
