Solution

To associate a GCP project to the CHANNELS IT Element, it's necessary to perform the correct configuration in the IT Elements management system.

Steps to associate GCP project:

1. Verify IT Element

   • Confirm that the CHANNELS IT Element exists
   • Validate current IT Element configuration

2. Identify GCP project

   • Get exact GCP project ID
   • Verify that project is active and accessible

3. Request association

   • Create ticket specifying:
     • IT Element name: CHANNELS
     • GCP project ID to associate
