Solution

When pipelines do not execute in Framework, it may be due to several factors related to configuration, permissions, or infrastructure problems.

Steps to diagnose:

1. Verify Framework status:

   • Confirm that the Framework service is operational
   • Review system logs for errors

2. Validate pipeline configuration:

   • Verify configuration file syntax
   • Confirm that all required variables are defined
   • Review execution permissions

3. Review connectivity:

   • Verify access to repositories
   • Confirm connectivity with external services
   • Validate network configuration

4. Escalation:

   • If the problem persists, escalate to the ANDES Cross team
   • Provide detailed logs and pipeline configuration
