🎯 Executive Summary​

This Self-Service in Port enables automated creation of Service Accounts in GCP, ensuring efficient and standardized management of cloud identities. Through an interactive form, users can select the GCP project, environment, account name, and allowed IAM roles.

The system provides visibility into created accounts, organized by team and project, enabling centralized control. It also includes real-time metrics on the distribution of created accounts.

This solution optimizes the GCP credential management process, reducing provisioning times and ensuring compliance with security and governance standards.

⚙️ Basic Configuration​

  • IT Element: Product to which the Service Account will be associated.
  • Project GCP: Name of the GCP project where the service account will be created.
  • Environment: Environment where the service account will be used (for example, development, testing, production).
  • Name account: Name assigned to the service account.
